When available, Jay's Big Rolls receives allocations of 2nd chance wipers that didn't quite make the grade at the converter. Many times, the rolls are near perfect, but were rejected for numerous reasons. These reasons include, slight roll coning, minor cosmetic imperfections, incorrect roll diameter,or wrong paper color. You can save a bunch of money if you don't mind getting 2nd chance wipers.
