If unsatisfied with any product purchased through JaysBigRolls.com, please request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Then return the product via your choice of shipping service within 30 days from receipt, for a refund of purchase price minus a 25% (not to exceed $100 US) restocking fee. Shipping costs will fall on the customer. The product must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. For your protection, insure returns for the full value of the purchase price. Your adjusted refund amount will be processed within five (5) business days of item(s) receipt.
