Packaging Supplies for Everyday Operations

18” pallet wrap/stretch wrap – Our most commonly used hand wrap for palletizing and load stabilization prior to storage or shipment. Frequently applied in shipping areas and warehouse aisles as part of routine outbound handling. Selected when a standard-width wrap is necessary for repeated manual application.

Foam packaging – Provides surface and edge protection during packing and internal movement. Foam serves as a separating layer between products or between product and carton walls. Common applications include lining cartons and wrapping finished components prior to shipment.

Bubble wrap – Wrapped directly around items during packing to introduce a compressible layer. Limits contact between products and hard carton surfaces during movement. Typically used in shipments with contents that vary in shape or have uneven profiles.

Foam peanuts – Loose-fill material placed inside cartons to occupy empty space. Shifts with the contents to reduce free movement inside during transit. Most often utilized in shipments containing lightweight or irregular items that are likely to move around during transit.

Tape – Applied as a seal after cartons are packed and closed in preparation for shipment. Maintains closure through handling and stacking. Selection depends on box construction and the conditions the shipment will encounter.
